Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of El Salvador, you have the right to cancel your purchase or request an exchange within 8 days after receiving your order. For the return to be valid, the item must be unused, in its original condition, unwashed, and with all its tags and packaging. Return shipping costs in these cases are the customer’s responsibility. Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue store credit.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you have 8 days from delivery to report it. Please contact us by sending your order number and clear photographs showing the defect. Once the claim has been evaluated and approved, you may choose between:

• A replacement with an identical item, subject to availability.
• Store credit to use on your next purchase.
• A full refund of the amount paid for the item to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear from use, improper washing, accidental damage, or modifications made by the customer after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for warranty coverage or return.
